[담당업무] Support the brand manager in improving an existing product’s marketing campaigns or developing new products fit for the Asia level.
• Develop strategies to promote a product help in identifying the target audience of a product; and check the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies.
• Execute integrated marketing campaign; Co-work with Brand marketing manager to develop creative, strategic media channel & angle, impactful event program and effective communication story under IMC strategy.
• Supervise the production, distribution and inventory of a product and analyze all aspects of marketing and production such as material cost comparison report and factory decisions.
• Help to identify current & future market opportunities and prepare marketing ATL & BTL programs and design & product requirements documents considering Asia team needs.
• Shoot new product styling images and create sell sheet materials in English
[자격요건] Work Experience
• A proven record of success in marketing function as a Brand Manager or Category Manager at multi-national consumer product company (preferred in the table ware marketing experience)
• Min. 5 year work experience in FMCG (Prefer between 5 to 7years)
• Fluent brand management marketing and new product development
• Solid understanding of consumer and customer
• Excellent knowledge of market, distribution channel & consumer trend as well as competitive products
• Good knowledge & experience on e-commerce / digital & social activation to drive conversion.
• Marketing A&P budget management experience. Overall financial knowledge to interpret sales/PL number is required

• Fluent in English & Korean communication skill

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to deal with all levels of organization

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Well-practiced presentation skill and strong knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
